Gov. Cuomo?s DNC Moment Finally Arrives ? Speech Spurs 2016 Talk

After skipping most of the Democratic National Convention, NY Gov. Cuomo finally made his appearance Thursday, giving a rousing partisan speech to New York delegates at a breakfast event.
On the morning after his old boss? riveting nomination speech, Cuomo channeled many of former President Bill Clinton?s themes ? and along the way did nothing to quell talk that New York?s governor will run for the Presidency in 2016.
Cuomo, who enjoys sky-high approval ratings, gave impassioned support to President Obama for advancing policies designed to help elevate the poor and the middle-class, and he attacked Republicans for striving to take the nation back to programs of the past that favored the rich, and led to the economic collapse of 2008.
