Israel Berger & and Viridian Energy & Environmental Merge Under Vidaris, Inc.

August 23, New York City - Israel Berger & Associates (IBA) and Viridian Energy & Environmental (Viridian) announced today the new company name for their combined operations, Vidaris, Inc.
